♡ if ordering nsfw, please include your age - if you do not, the request will be ignored
Terms of service
By ordering a commission you are agreeing to these termsPayment is required before starting work on the commission
I use paypal invoices only
Refunds are available only if I haven't started work on the commissionSmall stuffed animals and objects like a purce or a book do not count as additional characters, and thus are free.
Bigger animals and creatures like pokemon do count as additional characters and will be charged between half and full price of an extra character - depending on their size and complexityIf the refrence you give me is unclear or has mistakes that carry over to the commission, I will not fix it afterwords
Please specify if something in the refrence is incorrect or you want done differently
I will edit a finished commission only if the mistake is entirely mineI can provide sketch of the commission for approval upon request
If you have approved a sketch and still dislike/find something missing in the final piece I will not change it
I will show more than the sketch before the commission is done only if we've agreed on that before I've started it, or if you have been waiting for more than 3 months
Please do not rush me
I work fairly slow, and I will give updates on the commission's status whenever you ask
However, please refrain from messaging me about it every day or every weekIf you're under the age of 18, you may not commissions nsfw art of any kind
Nsfw in this case is defined as sexual acts and full nudity; as well as excessive blood and gore
ex: a mermaid with no visible nipples or a character with a nosebleed are not nsfw; a character in see-through lingerie or with their guts spilling is nsfw
If an underage client lies about their age to order nsfw artwork, they will be blocked and blacklisted
if paymen has been send already, standart refund policy appliesThe commission may be of your character(s) but the drawing itself is mine and you cannot claim otherwise. You cannot remove my watermark or edit the piece without my premmission. You can repost it on other sites (if I haven't posted it myself there) but you must credit me for it and link back to my page (be it twitter or deviantart)
I keep the right to use the artwork to promote myself, in my portfolio or for commission examplesThese are for personal use only
You may not monetize the commission in any way - you are not permitted to use it for prints, merchandise, or to advertise yourself/your brand/your business/etc...
Likewise, I will not use your commisson as prints or any kind of merchandise
If you'd like a commission licensed for commercial use, please state so in your request and we will discuss licensing and prices
Commissions from Vtubers who monetize their streams or videos fall under commercial useCommissioned artwork may not be turned into NFTs, minted, put on blockchains, or used in any way for cryptocurrency or technology related to it
It may not be used to train AI image generators and may not be altered using such technologyI retain my right to refuse any request for any reason, or without providing a reason at all
